Privacy
Contact data stays inside the self-hosted website infrastructure.
This page describes the initial data handling policy for the Trajbl contact and partnership form.
Information collected
The contact form may collect your name, work email, organization, role, area of interest, expected use case, website, and message. Basic technical metadata such as IP address and browser user agent may be retained for security and abuse prevention.
Purpose
The information is used only to review and respond to investment, partnership, pilot, licensing, research, or technical inquiries.
Storage
Contact submissions are stored in a private SQLite database hosted on the Trajbl website VPS. The website does not require a third-party form provider or Google Cloud service.
Retention and deletion
Records may be archived while a discussion is active or potentially relevant. A sender may request deletion through the same contact channel once direct communication has been established.
Access
Only authenticated website administrators can access the private contact inbox. Administrative actions are protected through server-side sessions and access controls.
